Angie Harmon (born Angie Harmon) is an American model and actor. She has been featured on a range of TV shows and films throughout her professional career. Her first venture was as a model who was successful before moving to acting. Her acting debut came with the 1995 television series called 'Baywatch Nights. Her voice has been used in the animated version of the film 'Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker.' Harmon has walked away from TV and turned her attention to films in the early 2000s. She returned to TV after appearing in a few films. She was one of the few actresses who chose to show off naked for the magazine "Allure" in the year 2008. Her major work has been as Detective Jane Rizzoli on TNT series 'Rizzoli & Isles'. The role of a police detective was highly regarded and she received numerous awards.
